"Dr U." (as her patients lovingly call her) is a double board certified physician who specializes in both adult and pediatric psychiatry. She is also mom to 3 children, including a set of twins. She found her passion for fitness after an unexpected brain condition resulted in emergency neurosurgery and several months worth of rehabilitation. Fitness provided an outlet to regain her strength and balance, while also serving as a way to preserve her own mental health. As a result, she was able to cultivate her goal body and now wants to help others do the same. She integrates a holistic approach to health that emphasizes the importance of mental health in physical fitness.
